OUR ARTISTS
The JM Serbia – Belgrade Residency Project is conceived as a platform that supports young artists aged 18 to 30, enabling their professional development, artistic recognition, and connection with the broader music scene. Through organized concerts and residency programs, young musicians have the opportunity to perform regularly, develop their artistic expression, and build relationships with audiences, cultural institutions, and fellow artists. The project is rooted in the idea of supporting young people in their transition from education to professional musical life, providing them with the space and resources to grow. It also encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with both local and international partners, contributing to their long-term recognition. A key aspect of the project is the development of the local music scene, the engagement of young performers, and the creation of new artistic formats that promote innovation and experimentation in music. The project’s goals include enabling young artists to perform under professional conditions, supporting the development of their artistic voice and the recognition of their talent, connecting them with cultural institutions, audiences, and professionals, fostering interdisciplinary cooperation and innovative musical formats, and preserving the tradition of JM Serbia – Belgrade while embracing contemporary artistic practices.
