Series of concerts ''Back in Cvijeta''

From the beginning of New Millenium, Jeunesses Musicales Belgrade is organizing a series of concerts ”Back in Cvijeta” at the Art Pavilion "Cvijeta Zuzorić" - Kalemegdan. Summer Spiritual Academy

The Summer Spiritual Academy by Jeunesses Musicales Serbia/Belgrade was founded in 1992 with the blessing of the Serbian Orthodox Church. The project was initiated by academician Dimitrije Stefanovic, coordinator of Jeunesses Musicales – Miodrag Pavlovic (1932-2002) and musicologist prof. Dr Snežana Nikolajević. The project is created according to the choral week principle in order to bring the indigenous values of Serbian spiritual music, art and culture to the young people in a modern way. The special field of study is Serbian church music, as part of the worship service. In this regard, at the end of the ten-day intensive work, choir performs a spiritual music program carefully prepared by the selected conductor...

Quiz-contest

For many decades one of the most popular project realized by Jeunesses Musicales Serbia is – Quiz-contest.
Vast number of contestants from every part of Serbia compete in knowledge on given (music/historical) theme. The Quiz-contest gathers young people eager to spread their views, make new friends, compete, gain experiences and win valuable prizes.
The quiz is divided into three stages. The first stage includes: the eliminatory test, the eighth and the quarter finals, and it is held in a city of Serbia that has been selected as the host of the Quiz-contest.
Semi-final of Quiz-contest is second stage and the host is the city of one of the teams that is passed into semi-final.
Grand final of Quiz-contest in which the two best teams compete is held in Belgrade...
